Microsoft.com down?

Been trying to get on to Microsoft.com this morning to download some express software with no luck. Have tried from my WebAfrica ADSL at home, IS and Vodacom ADSL at work, Vodacom 3G and MTN 3G all with the same results...can somebody else verify this or am I just having crap luck?
