Microsoft Edge Blocking ZIP Files and other weird stuff

It started about 2 - 3 weeks ago. The only way to download ZIP files now is to switch off 'Protect from Harmful Sites and Downloads in Edge Settings:
edge://settings/privacy/security

The Pin Option is also missing from Downloads, the ability to dock it to the side, is gone since today:

Edge also keeps your passwords in cleartext in RAM, even if you're not attempting to log into a website it remembered credentials for.
