Microsoft Edge for Android growing its user base

Microsoft’s Edge browser is growing its install base on Android devices, although it is still far behind Google Chrome.

According to the Google Play Store, Microsoft Edge has reached 5 million downloads, which is a new high for it, stated Softpedia.

I use/evaluate Chrome, Edge and Firefox Focus on Android. All work well. Would be silly to disregard any of those because of preconceived notions.

so you would use something like brave and opera as well then?
I think many dont think Edge is worth anything due to Microsofts generally spying and buggy nature.

Yes. The three current ones are the ones I prefer. I don't trust Google (Chrome) more than Microsoft (Edge) with regards to "spying".

Me on the other hand would trust Google just a tad more than Microsoft, even while using both's products.

Google outright say they using your data/habits directly to sell ad-space, even better they give you access to said data so you can remove individual things you do not want in the list. Microsoft on the other hand use to sell said data to 3rd parties with no access for you to tailor it.

That said I still prefer Office 365 & One-drive for documents/Storage and Chrome, Gmail & Youtube. Not because of above fears or concerns more a case of what works best for my needs.
