Hi peeps,

Business Connexion and FoxIT dont want business :P dont return emails or calls. They were listed as partners on m$ site.

We use a cloud server and require the use of Word and Excel in the cloud environment. Ive looked at all the options but the decision has been made the the staff/user will open a document whilst logged in through RDP and work that way.

I believe a Office 2013 Standard Volume licence will suffice. Any companies interested in quoting me and calculating my options?

surely Office 365 will work out cheaper (even if the users are RDPing in)?

Call Werit 011 440 2610 - they are a small business, (at least that means that they will show an interest) and can do volume licensing.

See guys the problem is you cant install it on a server running in a Terminal Services environment. The installer stops at with an error saying as such.

As I understand it in a TS environment only volume software and license will work.

How many licences do you need? There is a minimum number that qualifies for volume licencing.

All of this seems terribly complicated.

Why not go Google Apps for Business? It works great for us

Hi,
Sent through a PM with my contact details.
We can help.
Let me know if you are not sorted.

Thanks Rajharie, sent a reply.

This client is incredibly particular about the details and finer aspects. Refuses to use anything else than Office suite. So particular to even the layout of the icons which are enlarged and customized.

Thanks for all your posts so far.
