A jury in the US state of Texas ordered US computer software giant Microsoft to pay $200 million to a Canadian company for patent infringement.

When will they understand to stop a giant like microsoft impose a 2 billion fine.

Goodness sake 200m is what they carry in their wallets as change .

And then MS should remove this patent infringement from MS Office.

It doesn't matter they get fined but may 100 times more and still continue to sell the product.

They should be fined a percentage of the price of every product sold.... That fine should go to the company who owns the patent.....
