Microsoft restructures with focus on devices, services

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer says he is streamlining the software and media company around devices and services in its first major overhaul in five years.

Is that why the Xbone battle to finds it's place? Is it a console, TV device or PC?

Ballmer, who took over as CEO from co-founder Bill Gates in 2000, said he wants the company to be more like Apple Inc.
