Microsoft to add new accessibility features to Windows 10

They obscured it. Why even spend the effort to remove it from Start right-click menu? Settings are easy enough to get straight under Start.

I can only assume that its to "force" people to use the new settings UI and also a bit of a stick to Windows Developers to hurry up and convert old control panel interfaces into the new Settings interface. If they don't make the hard choice then it will just take forever to do the conversion.
