Microsoft to fix big Windows 10 update issues

Microsoft has announced that it will change its policy on upgrade blocks for Windows 10, Softpedia News reports.

The new approach will help the company identify compatibility issues with the user’s devices before allowing their systems to receive a feature update.

Upgrade blocks are a safety hold which is placed on a Windows 10 feature update once software or hardware bugs have been identified.

The upgrade blocks might resolve problems in Windows Updates, but I also see this as a headache.
Companies or individuals might be left hanging, not being able to Update as previously.
Version 1909 was only available to certain PCs and took a long time to be rolled out in general.
The main reason it wasn't available to all users, is just this, incompatible drivers.
