Microsoft Volume Licenses

Hi,

I am need of an expert with regards to the above. I believe we have been taken over the coals by our current provider and would to confirm my belief and then obtain alternate sources for licenses.

Please assist.

I have tried contacting microsoft but no response as of yet.
