It may be 2C is allowed, so a 4MWh battery that can deliver peak of 8MW.

This means that this battery going full blast at 2.8 MW will go from 100% to 0% in less than an hour as the capacity is less than its rate of 2.8kWh…it’s 2.7kWh.
