Mig33

Just wondering if anyone has mig33 working on their phone at the moment?
I have a 6670 on voda and it used to work fine till a couple of months ago,
but now i keep getting a connection error? Any ideas on how to get it to work?
Mxit works fine but i prefer mig33 for the msn features.

I used Mig33. Maybe read their forums for any problems with your phones. Did you change anything recently? Maybe redownload it

Used it before, or tried to, never got it to work with MSN. If your phone has a built-in IMPS client you can go to www.smartvas.com and register an account (free) that'll allow you to access MSN through that. Best solution to MSN on your phone I've seen so far.

I dont think anything has changed on my phone, i have tried it on my girlfriend's phone, also a 6670 and it also wont connect "connection to server is lost Please reconnect". I've reinstalled the app a few times and still the same problem. But i know a few people that have it working on voda..

I don't know if this will apply to you, but to get it to work I had to turn of the proxy

I just downloaded the exactmobile settings and it sorted out all my mig33 issues, im telling you all these service providers are stuffing us around due to loss of profits and always tell you they dont have a problem on there side.

SO give it a bash it worked for me

Try this, figured it out with Mig's wap help

Run Mig33 and allow connection, while login press back. Go to manual login, edit port to 9119, test. Then Login again and it should work under TCP which saves more money then auto selected HTTP when normal TCP method not working......

There is an altinative. Try an application called Agile Messenger. You can connect to MSN, Yahoo, Google Chat/Talk, ICQ and AOL at the same time and best of all it's free.

mig33 is a awesome little proggy. agile isnt free anymore so ull have to pay, another nice im client is IM++ cracked versions r available
