According to my very helpful ISP (webonline) im getting poor latency because I am connected to a FULL telkom exchange. (Edgemead, Cape Town)
They say my line is 100% but the exchange is congested, and is caising poor latency. (Im a WoW player)
Does anyone now if its possible to switch Telkom exchanges?
