Migrating to Telkom Do package

I am an existing ADSL client. I'm interested in migrating to Do 1. From the Do website it appears as if Do is only for new ADSL clients, with a setup fee of R500+

1) Can I migrate from ADSL (Not using Telkom Internet ISP) to a Do offering?

2) Would there be a setup cost?

3) Any idea how long the free local promotion will last?

4) How easy/difficult is it to cancel Do again? Any cost involved on cancellation.

Would never touch any do package! Dont trust them.

Any telkom product that is brought out has got some hidden cost somewhere...
