I available am every naait to rayd whif my durid. I top dps meters every taime i have done slavepens, aprt from dat one levlel 63 hntre wisch gave me hard time. But I think it is his gear that make him better.

P&V which is the best guild I have ever been in and prob still would have if things didn't turnout the way it did.

Guildhopping to gear up fast, can be a common thing, happened to us. Peeps will join your T4 guild to ninja as much **** as they can then go apply to a T5 guild, ninja what they can there then try and get into a T6 guild.
Unf you build a rep up in the process. People talk. Guildhopping is a bad idea. It's better to stick it out through the bad times, imo, than bail at the first opportunity to get into a 'better' guild or leave at the first hint of trouble/progression blocks/etc.

Yeah Guild hopping happens alot my server. It got be a pain in the butt. Its a major reason why some of the "older" Guilds (Draco Elysium) lost 80% of their players. 
I think its just a progression issue. Maybe if Guilds, properly addressed it, ppl wouldn't feel the need to hop?

That reason and that people don't want to go through the hard work to make a guild great. Good leaders is unfortunatly also quite rare, and you need a great leader to support.
The guild I am in is now 11 years old, we know each other really well and have gone through many games and real life events together. Each member feels part of the guild, though we also do get people that stay for a year or two then move on. Lucky that is quite seldom.
Maintaining a guild in WoW is not easy though, since big guild events are mostly unheard off Raiding is really forcing people to commit a lot to the game and people with children etc. cant do that 24/7. So sosial balance within a guild is mostly more important than raid progress. Our guild leader for example does not raid at all, and it is up to us as members to organise these things.

I log on and play Kara if feel like it, I play ZA if I feel like it. I mean I have a crap load of tokens already but don't see the need to trade them in.
Think about it for a second WoTLK is coming out, so by then all these 10 mans can be done as a 5 or 4 man once you hit 80 I assume. So much better gear and so forth. I just play to pass the time and have fun.

Sometimes I feel like a raid or an heroic and log my Rogue. But it does become "The same old shyt" after a while and then I break away to an alt or 3.

1.Pap en Vleis (left cause i wanted to start own guild)
2.Thralls Elite Guard Unit(my own first guild broke my heard to leave em 150 members strong but i wanted to start up druids only guild)
3.Druid Gaurdians (also my own guild was 100 members when i left guy i left in charge was unreasanable my mistake sad tho alot of nice druids)
4.When to Coc with a friend.
5. now i am guildless
Never regret it met alot of people and learned alot.
Yup or o could retire as a moonkin do the owl dance at the great lifts in Thunderbluff for gold.
And do a /moo at the people pasing cause Boomrooker cant sing.
Maybe the salvatoin army will spot me and give me some epics.
Maybe a Blizzard GM will pas by feel soz for me and buff us

Not too stupid i may be many things but i will not rip off my guildies specialy one i started tharlls elite gaurd unit had 1100g in bank i never took 1g only deposited or even 1 took item.
Yeah maybe i am stupid.
I still do pvp raids on allies towns with Thralls Elite Gaurd Unit and i lead ans manange whole thing.
Not like i forget my friends no matter what guild they in.There is live outside guilds.Just not free epix.

@ Petruz, Khayne is one of the officers in Shard so u won't be able to post your usual crap if you joined them.
In addition you will NEVER ever top the DPS in Shard because it's full of people who Can play their class and not random Pug Scrubs.
