as an example .. the locks got k@kked on for once dropping under 750 sustained dps per player last night (ONCE damn u ... it was only ONCE).
thats the bottom bracket for dps now ... trust me u sweat alot... a whole lot ...

Hehe thats the way it should be.
Few things annoy me more then dragging people along with great gear who can't beat 450 DPS (a Rogue in SSC/TK gearon the Kael and Vashj fights)

Anyway back to the topic @ hand. I've just purchased my migration to TH. 
Just to clarify things, I'm looking for a Guild with SA players, not necessarily SA players only. I would love a bit of a mix (just not a 20 Swedes going Swde 24/7).
I'm also up for a Guild with a TS or vent server, thats friendly, where I can have a good laugh, help ppl level, maybe raid once in a blue moon, but most importantly make good friends & not take the game too seriously.
Pardon if that sounds like a tall order...

If you want a Drunk Pommy and a Drunk SA guy argue over the Vent server about Rugby for 2 hours and then only after that and everyone else having a real big laugh does the Pommy realize we're talking rugby and not Soccer... then CoC is for you

Yea moving into a high end raiding guild is sometimes scary.
When I joined my guild back in the old pre-tbc days, before AQ40... BWL was the highest you could go.
Me being a n00by hunter with only UBRS raiding experience and a failed MC pug runs once or twice, only with crafted epic's, applied to the guild.
For some unknown reason, I managed to get a trial run + interview via VOIP TS server, and they decided to take me on a trial run through BWL.
Now, with NO background on this instance or any knowledge about it, you can imagine my first night with my guild. At the time these guys cleared BWL in a few hours with speed runs, so I had no idea what was waiting for me.
So armed with my trusty brandy and coke next to my mouse, I ventured into this 40 man raid. First boss razorgore... zomg... for anyone thats been in there, its absolute chaos and madness in there with 30 dragons being kited by one warrior and multiple mobs spawning in each corner. Warlocks controlling the dragon with the orb and total chaos... That night the only thoughts that came to mind was... OMG, WTF am I doing here ??? I will NEVER make it in this guild. These guys expected me to know each boss, and I had NO clue what end game raiding involved at that time. Fortunately we had a very very cool hunter which pretty much guided me through each boss encounter. Try doing tranqshot rotation on bosses like chromagus as a hunter with like 20 HR hehehe. RAMBOZO FFS !!! you missed again !!!
Yea... that night I got like 4 epic's in one run... since all of them had pretty much full tier 2... Still have those epix in the bank... thinking back now, hell it was scary but exciting at the same time.
@pitbull - I can relate to the boozing and playing as well ! Nowdays, I raid in a relaxed manner as well ! I love parking off talking kuk to my fellow players in the guild and all my SA friends online... the social aspect makes wow great.

The first boss in sunwell reminds me a lot of vael in BWL... the whole thing about a good dragon being enslaved / controlled by evil dudes...
When you fight the first boss in sunwell (Kalecgos)... you hear him yell... I cannot control myself much longer... help me !!!

ROFL! Now thats my kinda guild! I like that kind of laid back atmosphere. Somewhat like the bar "Cheers" cept for WoW.
I'll send a request once I'm activated on TH.
