Auto Migration from Greencom to CFiber Issues

Guys

Just a note to watch out during your migration. Received a note from cfibre indicating successful move from Greencom, but when I enquired on pricing - I was told it would remain the same as Greencom. eg. 50/50 would be R1350 - told them this does not make sense as cfibre pricing is R1099.
They will not budge and remain insistent on pushing this despite me not have any contract with cfibre. So needless to say I have asked them to process a cancellation.

Any good ISP recommendations on Metrofibre.

Guess what irks me the most is just the attitude.
No interest in retaining the customer or being open and transparent. Yet I'm still supposed to give a months notice to cfibre without even a valid contract or anything, does not make sense.
