Migration info please?

Where can we find out more about the Max75 package? I can't find info on it and the help desk doesn't know about it :/ it sounds the only viable option aside from staying on our W15 option. Everything else (incl uncapped+) is a downgrade :/

M40 and M75 are non-sellable packages used only for migration of w8 and w15 packages respectively.

Thanks, now how do we migrate when the helpdesk don't know about these 2 packages? And no, we can't log into the website either. Apparently a 'technical' problem the last 2 months preventing us from doing so which your call center so kindly claims is normal, affects most people and they're 'working' on it :/

PM me your account details and let me know to which package you wish to migrate and i'll try to sort you tomorrow.

Thanks Remot. iBurst support via this forum is far quicker, easier and less painful than your call center. Not to mention considerably cheaper :)

I find that the website returns that "technical problem" message when I get my password wrong.

M40 eh? So that's 40GB + 40GB m2m? How much is that one? (Currently on w8)

Mercury, I've been battling with that 'technical' problem the last 2 months, accessing from 4 different devices. All give the same. I can login to iBurst fine, via saved passwords or password re-entry, but a successful website login remains elusive :/
