Migration Letter to study overseas

hi

does anyone know anything about a Migration letter?

i was told to go to the deparment of education and get a migration letter so i can go study overseas.

they also said theres a good chance of me not being granted one.

if i can get accepted in SA due to certain contraints not met, what can i do!

can anyone help me out?

The department of education has absolutely nothing to do with studying overseas. If you want to study overseas you will need lots of money, you will need to be accepted by a college or university overseas, and you will need to be granted a student visa by the government of whatever country you want to study in.

The South African government and the department of education have absolutely nothing to do with it.

China. Medicine

there's no way i'll be able to get an average of 93% to study medicine in South Africa. Maybe 6 A's but never an average of 93%.

Do a BSc and switch to med afterwards...

My sister did that...WITS gave her a scholarship to study BioMed 1st year...but guess what? after 2nd year she never got looked at for going to Med School even though she beat some of the people who were given a chance!!!

im not going to waste my time with SA anymore...the university in China is ranked like 20 places higher than UCT and all it requires are A's in Maths , Physics Biology! so i dont got to worry about Afrikaans which i am doing kinda bad in!
