Migration to Lower Package

Hi all,

Looking to migrate to a lower package (Talk 350 to Talk 130) and I've been told it's a R1.6k transfer fee to make it happen. Would anyone know if there is a cheaper solution? Also where can I get the quote as the sales consultants keep saying they have mailed it too me but nothing is coming through.
