Right ... So I faxed through my migration request on the 2nd of April, they even phoned and asked if I wanted PPU. I decided to downgrade from the old 3G at R599 to the new 1G at R199. Guess what? I have just been billed for the old 3G package... anyone who deals directly with iBurst been debited correctly ?
 
ok ... so my account has been moved ... apparently ... bcos now I only have 2G of bandwidth (1G + 1G carryover) ... can sum1 who knows pls tell me if you pay iBurst in arrears or advance ? on their site you pay pro rata for the first month as soon as you sign up ... that means in advance surely ?

Cos now it seems they've downgraded my account but not my payments ...
 
oh you so lucky... I migrated to the 5gig package yet I still see 3.5gigs on my account... so either

1. Iburst hasn't done the migration yet!
2. Online Direct didn't process my request
3. They don't give a **** about current clients!

I rate it's all the above! I think it's high time I cancel this **** service.

EDIT: just asked a friend who signed up with iburst directly, he's account hasn't reflected this update yet either so... I guess Iburst is taking their sweet time dealing with the migration requests!
