MikroTik for WISPS

We bring in MikroTik and have concentrated on the general networking so far.

In 2018 however, I'd like to do products that appeal to the WISPS as I know they use plenty. What products can I bring in that WISPS make use of often?

Our local WISP recently moved most of their stuff from Mikrotik to Cambium gear.

very expensive, but allow for better sleep and less thinking.
get gr3's and 8 core routers.

With the plague of BGP issues, CCR power supply issues, etc. I wouldn't even use Tik for core/routing currently. They are loosing traction, fast. CPE's and that's pretty much that at this stage.

We're also dumping MT for Wireless, and have not use MT in core environments for a rather long time.

Testing Mimosa currently (more than double the price of Cambium), but the management interfaces, security, etc. is shockingly lacking, to say the least. Brilliant on the RF side, but that's where it starts, and stops.

We'll more than likely settle on Cambium as well by the looks of things.

Why however? If one starts an ISP of sort one should use something like Cisco, high end equipment, not a <R1000 edge router.

Sorry my bad, I was referring to the software which Edgerouter is based on which is Vyatta and it's now opensource version Vyos. Install it on a VM and it works like magic.If you come from a Juniper backgroud the cli is very similiar.
