I recently tried using my Mikrotik Hap ac2 (still boxed, never used) and noticed it does not present the default IP 192.168.88.1 but rather 0.0.0.0. Does anyone know how to remove the Vox ISP personalization? I was given the router after moving to an area Vox does not service. Its seems like a really smart device except when it does not conform to the documented setup.

I have an older version of the router at other premises and it seems to be 'text book' correct.

I have OpenWRT running on one. Has been great.

Did you come right with this?

Are you able to connect to the Mikrotik? If you can get in you should be able to remove the configuration. I've found is that when it has IP of 0.0.0.0 you can still connect to it in WinBox by entering the MAC address into the "Connect To" box.

This won't work if they have disabled MAC WinBox

Try Winbox. When my Mikrotik's go crazy (normally because of misconfiguration) I can always get in to reset. Mine were ex-ISP stock that needed to be resetted to factory.
