After two months now with Frogfoot, I am at my wit's end... I have an old TP-Link router and have tried two upgrades now with a Mikrotik HAP ac2 and most recently a Tenda MW6 mesh system. I can't get either to work on Frogfoot. Axxess have been trying to help, but the basic "Have you restarted your router?" is not cutting it anymore. Has anyone else battled with something similar? Does Frogfoot only work on DHCP or is this an Axxess thing?

Any help is appreciated.

AFAIK, Vuma & Frogfoot are DHCP & Openserve is PPPOE

Somewhere on the forum I read that Afrihost uses PPPoE, but am yet to confirm this. Maybe the only option is changing ISPs...?

With frogfoot you can use either pppoe or dhcp. Get the details from clienzone or the WhatsApp guys

It is not just an Axxess thing; we also use DHCP, however, we have enabled PPPoE for the Gauteng region.
Where are you based? If you are in Gauteng, Axxess should be able to move you to PPPoE
