Hi Everyone

I want to setup a hotspot with only one user (guest:guest) and limit the user to be allowed to download lets say 100MB every 24 hours. Is that possible?

The only way at this stage is to manually (or script) run /ip hotspot user reset-counters 0
daily but surely there is a cleaner way?

Thanks for your response.

There is a user manager that mikrotik hotspot uses, you can goto mikrotik ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/userman

This will take you to the user management interface for the hotspot, if you have told the hotspot to use this.
Will be setting the radius ip to your local mikrotik ip and a secret, when in user manager in radius you will need to setup the same detials.
Then you can create vouchers and users and set limits, times, speeds and other odd bits and ends.
