cool seen those on other mods before, I built a 2*8 mob drop above my base over water but nothing spawns is there a height limit for spawning? Perhaps I should go higher
 
Mystcraft is in the pack just found a village with a mystcraft page, found another way to make a mob farm, just have to make cursed earth :) btw, what texture packs do you guys use & do you also use a different launcher? I tend to go for modded faithfull & use MultiMC as my launcher.

Using FTB Launcher and standard pack... still new to modded not yet sure that I like it....

i use the Beta curse launcher (i feel it works better) but it also allows you to add and remove FTB mods like the standard launcher
Cursed Earth is an epic spawner but its a bit late game and its not easy getting the cursed earth. Look at getting a ghost tear and Minefactory reloaded spawner
 
Easier getting the cursed earth, have a stack :) just use a silktouch tool to farm building my mob spawner later

Yip, make a 10x10 box 3 block high with dirt on the floor 9x9 then cover the 9x9 dirt 3 blocks high with slabs creating a dark room then, in middle leave a gap open to escape. Do the ritual & fly out the top asap the ground will convert & you can get it with a silk touch tool. I will give you some if you need as it "infects normal dirt if you place it next to it.
I am going to make a small mob farm 2x8 just to get spawns, don't want to make it bigger to reduce lag & not wanting spiders to spawn. what i usually do in Skyfactory.

Hello peoples. I am happy to make any one of you admins on the server. It will be at your own discretion if you want to cheat or not (doesn't matter to me).

I'm happy to install new mods for you guys. As I do not play that much (weekends with GF) I'll rather have someone more active manage stuff for me. If any one is keen :).
 
FYI i will be online tonight and will be online for a long time!!!! will push play time till about 4 as i normally do on a friday who will be joining me? :) dont wanna play by myself :whistle:

Cool i gave up, was not lekker playing alone. Depending on if I decide to do a clean install of 10 or just keep my upgrade I will be joining later on if I do decide to clean install perhaps on later tonight or tomorrow. Will be logging in now to see what's going on.
