Mini PC advice

How does it handle daily use tasks like emails, browsing, word etc? Does it feel slow if using all at the same time?
Handles it perfect. Came from a rather old laptop so a substantial upgrade

Oh, and no windows 11 issues (my first ever Win 11 experience)

Im looking for a PC for my father. I gave him my PC last year when I moved abroad and stopped working 2 months ago. He lives couple 100m from the beach so we suspect the salty air may have caused some issues with the components.

I came across the GMKtec NUCBOX at wootware. Link >>> https://www.wootware.co.za/gmktec-n...-ssd-windows-11-pro-ultracompact-mini-pc.html

The linked version is a Intel N97 with 12GB ram and 256GB SSD and there's an i5-12450 with 16GB ram and 512GB SSD for double the price.

At most at any given time, my father will have his emails, chrome with few tabs, and the media player opened all at once. He also uses 2 screens. He is not a heavy user. Onboard storage is not an issue, I gave him my HDD enclosure with a 3TB HDD. All of his media and documents are stored on there already.

Is the N97 one decent for browsing, emails, and streaming with the 2 screen setup? We don't want to get anything too expensive also because of his proximity to the ocean.
I got a GMKtec K8 last week. Just plugged in monitor, keyboard and mouse and completed the windows installation. So far, perfect. And I could easily have spent 2.5x more on an equivalently specced laptop.
