Please recommend me a good, reliable unit. I see there are plenty of options out there but I don't know if they are any good.

If you guys have any experience please let me know. Tired of this loadshedding kak:(

First you will need to know what volts your equipment requires to be powered. For example if you have a higher performance router like an ASUS, then it requires 19V. Not many Mini UPS's support this.

Thanks for the advice, will check the voltage on the router when I get home.

My router says 12V input at the back of it.

Have the 860 Ratel
After yesterday's 4.5 hrs of load shedding. Router and ONT
Had 75% battery remaining

interesting. I learnt yesterday that my 860p doesnt make it for 4 hours.
I have connected:
ONT
Ubiquiti edgerouter x
pi4
ubiquiti AC lite

Your batteries are probably shot.
I run ONT, Mikrotik, Deco and security camera ... 4.5 hours, I have 50% battery left

just checked, end of this month it will be 2 years old.

Not sure how long it did last, as I wasn't home. I got back just before load shedding ended and it was off.
wonder if its worth replacing the batteries

I use an Ultralan for my NAS and a Gizzu for the ONT and another Gizzu for Mikrotik RB3011 + Ubiquiti UAP-LR (NAS, ONT and Router are in 3 different physical locations)
