Minimum Salary Jump on new offer?

Being in CT seems new offers may range from even minus current sal .... With this, what's the minimum salary increase would you be able to accept on new offer, lets talk net sal (Take home). Say this is for Java Development ...

Is there such a thing as moving purely for experience whilst accepting less or same (or less than R2000 difference)? I think my concern is, what is acceptable to take as a decent salary jump for someone who still has a Job but feel he's not growing anymore. I know on desperate measures you may accept same salary or anything, but that doesn't denote 'decent' or fair offer does it?
