Yesterday, Matsepe-Casaburri said “the report is mine” as the sole organisation shareholder, and she was taking legal advice on the report’s implications.

Yesterday, Matsepe-Casaburri said “the report is mine” as the sole organisation shareholder, and she was taking legal advice on the report’s implications.

Sounds like the ANC government does not consider itself answerable to the proletariat.

Matsepe-Casaburri said she was concerned that the dispute could further reduce public confidence. Worries have been voiced about a lack of leadership at board level, given that eight of the 15 board members have left in the past year.

Do I see a trend here? Telkom and Post office? The common thread is the minister ....

The report is understood to have made several adverse findings against Mampeule and other officials, so releasing the full report could lead to lawsuits from those implicated.

If the findings against these individuals is based on cold hard facts how can there be fear of lawsuits?
The only lawsuits should be the ones prosecuting the wrongdoers no?
