Mircosoft Outlook 2007 Strips printscreen on email

Hi all,

I have been sitting with this problem for a while now. We have Microsoft Office 2007 installed on all PC's at work. When in outlook and I send a printscreen via email to someone that person get's the printscreen but if they send a screenshot to me its blank.

I have re-installed office and still have the same problem. Did the whole update thing too.

Anyone have any ideas how to sort this out?

Have you run a test to see whether other people can receive it from them?
Maybe it is their SMTP server that is stripping it out?

Otherwise maybe you have "display images in e-mails" option turned off?
Or maybe he has his e-mail set to HTML format and you have it set to something else?

Hi there

Yes I have tested it. I have checked all my settings. It is being displayed as HTML and my display image option is ticked.

As stated I have re installed office and it still gives me the same problem.

The other thing that I have to mention is that when I receive the email its blank without the screenshot but when I foward it to someone else from my mail it displays it on their pc.

Any other suggestions?
