But she's also not a director of the company so would not be held liable for the actions of the company, or would she?

Al Capone was sentenced for tax evasion. Considering that the data shows what Cheri is making, as well as the scheme as a whole (remember they filed a tax thing not too long ago fun under 1mil)......let's see what happens.

Surrrrrely there must be a law against peddling garbage that costs or steals end-users money?

Could i not then also set something up,get investors ,then simply duck?

That's one aspect, i agree... But it's separate from implying that she in any way or form bears any liability for the actions of the company? Only way that this could happen in my mind is if the company had to turn around and say okay x, y, z was done without our knowledge...

What ever happens with MTI isn't going to be her fault... It would be Johanns as he's the bossman / director of the company and liable for the actions of it?

Edit: We're just members too guys... It's shocking what happened, it affected us all...

Yeah I'm not sure. Either way, I want her to end up behind bars so that she can never scam anyone again. Her, Clynton, Her mom Belinda, Liz, Lizaan Shepperd, Joel, Rich, Monica, the whole lot don't deserve to be free.
