Good day , I would like to get a number or email address of a superior of vodacom online or directly to a manager. Please take this serious as this is a case of misconduct and in conflict of the Consumer Protection Act 68.

A manager needs to get in contact with me or someone needs to send their detail ASAP.
Please help my situation is serious.

Hmm, mentioned serious twice, refers to CPA....yup, sounds like every 2nd hellopeter complaint, so the above recommendation is sound:whistle:

You got more chance of getting support on this issue at Hellopeter, but good luck, perhaps the RNG gods are favoring you and a vodacom employee that whats to deal with bite, messages you. Dont hold your breath as this is not an official support channel, their is no requirement on their part to contact you after reading what you wrote here. Which is why this is not an ideal platform. This is better for technical issues, and sometimes, billing issues. Not so much staff non-compliance issues.

Start with Hellopeter.

Nobody will randomly help you here if you do not expand on your issue... a blanket "I have an issue" won't get you very far.

Can anyone help with an email? I've been struggling over a week now to resolve a porting issue. And every time I call the porting service I am being told it will take another 24/48/72 hours. Getting gatvol now.

Sounds like you've got the same problem I have - New SIM is active, but old one still receives calls?
