Misinformation and improved communication?

Hi,

If I remember correctly RPM met with Telkom re the ADSL problems.

There was a report that Telkom promised to try to improve on communication. And that Telkom claims that there is a lot of misinformation floating around on this forum.

The silence of Telkom lets me think of some misinformation regarding promised attempts to better communication []

You are 100% correct. 3 Days have elapsed and yet no improved communication. Can anyone tell me, what misinformation was reported on this forum?

Im losing my cool here. Somthings gonna give in real soon!

I am sure this has been mentioned before but someone here should create a Forum for Telkom to respond in. Only employees from Telkom should be able to create posts there. Be interesting to see if they use it.

Hi Guys

I am still waiting for a response from Telkom as well. Steven White promised better communication and writing on the alleged misinformation, but I did not receive anything since our meeting. I even told them I will publish it on the site, not only as a posting. I simply don’t know whether they are just slow to respond or decided to ignore us again. If I do not receive anything by Monday, we will act again to refresh their memory…worked well the previous time
