Misplaced Learners License

Hi a friend of mine misplaced her learners (her bag was stolen), she does have a drivers test booked at the moment, test is in a couple of weeks, is it possible to get another learners license before then? (she needs the learners paper to do the drivers ofcourse)

Go to police, report it stolen and get a signed affidavit to that effect.
Go to traffic services and get a duplicate, fee depends on the province you are in. She'll be on the system so I suspect they will just print a new one, photos will probably be required again.

Yep, you are already on the system so they know that you have a learners. Will need a good excuse, police case number/affidavit should do.
