Missed Connections

Hi there,

We are flying soon to Aus and have a tight connection (1.30 hours) we have travel insurance but I am wondering should our incoming flight be delayed and we miss our connection flight, does the airline help us out or are we left to fight with travel insurance?

Yes they booked me up into a hotel and collected me the next day, my flight from cape town was late so i missed my connecting flight.
