Missed payment

Eish... wonder how many people have the same problem. Mine reads fine.

They usually write a message saying account is in arrears please click here to make manual payment. Nothing. No message can't click on anything. Can't change spend limit. Can't even click to cancel the simcard.... I don't know.

Even if you try and make a manual payment, it shows payment declined. Please contact your bank. WTF!!!!
 
My debit went off, wanted to also find out has there ever been any info on the dam e-Sim from them ? im pretty sure that was meant to come out in May this year ?

Is vodacom halting them from doing it ?

Everything is ready on the site as they updated it this morning along with 5G_Home product. An article in the other thread says 2 weeks they will launch 5G. Expect eRica/eSim/5G home all to launch. Everything is ready. Some services may be limited to certain Provinces though :-(.

Those of you who are having an issue, can you confirm if you are in the JHB/CT Provinces? I wonder if it is because of the beta menu being added that caused the issue :unsure:. I know @cavedog is in Centurion side, he may be able to signup for the 5G trial once its opened...

Im in Kyalami so i would be super keen for the 5G trial once that opens
 
Did you guys know there is a Rain rep on MyBroadband. I received a mail from them regarding this issue. Maybe they should introduce themselves....

I’m facing the same situation for the passed two days , I can’t even click anywhere nor cancel . To be honest the rain reception is the poorest because till now I’ve been waiting for their reply
 
hello guys,
so I activated my rain sim around the 27th of July and paid upfront and i was told that my next billing date is on the 1st of September. it's the 1st and no money has been taken, internet is working and when I log into my dashboard it tells me that my September bill is R479 which is the amount they are supposed to take but the next billing date says 1st of October. does that mean they'll take the money only on the first of Octber or they'll take the R479. it's my first time putting money through for a payment with rain since I paid upfront when I first got it so I dont understand :(
