Missed router delivery

Hey guys.

What happens if you miss a router delivery? I've been waiting almost two weeks for MWEB to deliver my router and without warning or notice they did... But I wasn't home. Went to the store, came back and the security guy at my complex says they just left, I didn't even receive a call or anything. So what do I do now?

Just call them they should deliver again, courier companies normally try up to 3 times.
 
Mate of mine had same issue and now they want to charge him R200 delivery charge!
has the above been sorted? its a tedious affair to try and contact them and they dont really help even if you get hold of them! MotsoZ was this sorted?

I reported the missed delivery on their twitter page, and next day it was delivered, free of charge.
