Mitabyte Uncapped?

I just saw mitabyte has their own uncapped packages.

Lite Express Uncapped 384k R 99 pm
Basic Express Uncapped 384k R 199 pm
Basic Express Uncapped 512k R 289 pm
Basic Express Uncapped 1024k R 399 pm
Basic Express Uncapped 4096k R 499 pm
Basic Express Uncapped 10240k R 849 pm

Is anybody using them or can tell me the difference between the 384 lite and 384 basic express? I assume it's the same as axxess's just surf and just uncapped?

It's a Branded Internet reseller.
Axxess is an IS reseller, but my guess is that both of them throttles after certain usage?
