Hi

Anybody upgraded the firmware of said Mitel phones before?

Was it easy or painful?

I need to upgrade the firmware of a site's IP phones - but is not quite sure on how to do the dastardly deed...

Never dealt with Mitel, I've only done a firmware update on a Snom handset. It required me setting up a TFTP server and I had to 'push' the update to the handset. If you have to deliver the firmware via TFTP I can help out.

Hi

The firmware is normally pushed down from the Mitel Controller. Unless you can get the firmware file and host it on your own TFTP server.
