I'm still right.
We know you are from the right. Hence the reason you are bashing liberals.
You have so much to say about BS mountain, but so little to say about this. Classic.

Wait wait, you're calling him a ****ing prick, because he cancelled his campaign staff's CC's ?
So couldn't spend money, that wasn't theirs, on a campaign which was done and dusted ?
You have got to be joking.
A business man trying to save money after the job is done. What an *******, typical fiscal conservative tricks... disgusting, and this is news?
We know you are from the right. Hence the reason you are bashing liberals.
Now you are just a liberal basher...Yes i argue for fiscal conservatism and efficient government.
Yea I agree with you. The nerve of those staffers. They get dragged across the country to work for Romney on the days leading up to election night. They book into hotels and take cabs or rental cars all over the place running up bills as they perform their duties for the Romney campaign. Why should Romney pay those costs.
I mean when I get sent on a business trip I definitely pay for everything and expect my company to pay for nothing.
This happened in the middle of the night. These people would have had hotel bills to pay, rental car bills to pay, all sort of stuff before they headed home after the loss. You really think they should be expected to foot the bill for their accommodation they needed while working on the Romney campaign?
Come on you two.
For now, Mr. Romney has shown up at his campaign headquarters every day since the election, where he seems preoccupied with the futures of members of his campaign staff. He arranged for them to receive severance pay through the end of November.
His No. 1 priority, so far: establishing a system to organize the 400 résumés of those staff members whose paychecks will run out in 21 days.
Now you are just a liberal basher...
You wouldn't happen to steal old people's money as well?Possibly also a lizard man.
Exactly....(why would I give a toss?)
Oh for sure I agree with you I could all be a load of schit. Thing is if it did indeed happen and it did indeed mean that staffers were left to foot the bill for services performed for the Romney campaign how can guys like Techne and abandon actually defend those actions. Insane. The issue is the story lacks way too much detail to come to a definitive conclusion. Who ordered the closing of the accounts? These are massive campaigns employing many people who oversea the many aspects of the organisation. When was the plan made to cancel the cards, before or after the result? How were they cancelled, and under what plan? Which staffer done it? How many people were affected? Will affected staffers see compensation?
Etc, etc...
This kind of gossip rag fluff isn't useful. It's almost like people are turning into simpletons.
and then you read this:

Romney has never once given me the impression that he's a man with any empathy at all. None.
This strikes me as a very dangerous character flaw for a man in charge of one of the largest militarized countries in the world (with many internal problems as it is).
I am not having a go because he's a republican (why would I give a toss?), I'm having a go because my perception of him is that he is genuinely an awful human being.
Someone was waffling about debate earlier - This was not meant to spur debate, what's there to debate about?![]()
In 2011, the Romneys donated about 29% of their income to charity – $4 million out of their total $13.7 million in income. For 2010, they donated about 13.8% of their income, $2.98 million out of $21.6 million. Over a 20-year period, the Romneys gave to charity an average of 13.45% of their adjusted gross income, according to an accountants’ letter they provided on Friday.

Inconvenient truth...That opinion is exactly why this gossip rag fluff is not helpful.
The man is pure evil:

Regarding the article you posted:
The Romneys’ 2011 return shows one pitfall of that approach–politically, at least. Their $4 million donation proved to be so large that it threatened to drive their effective tax rate to near 10%. That would have exacerbated a critique from Democrats that says America’s wealthiest don’t pay their “fair” share.
So the Romneys decided to simply give up a large chunk of their $4 million deduction, taking only $2.25 million instead. In effect, it was another gift, but this time to the federal government.
After the 2012 U.S. Presidential election, vocal racists took to Twitter.
It looks like the top state for the most racist Tweets is Alabama, closely followed by Mississippi.
The top ten states for post-election Tacist tweets - according to Floating Sheep's [interactive] GeoCommons map, - are:

Mittens sure is one classy dude.
I actually saw this a while ago on The Young Turks' Youtube channel. I loved Cenk's comment: Romney's campaign people shouldn't be so surprised, it's what they wanted after all - He Ayn Randed them.
Haha, seriously?
Fiscally conservative? Efficient government? What a crock of ****. This was a not a government expense, this was money raised and donated to him by private citizens. This was not taxed money, this was hundreds of millions handed to a man who already has hundreds of millions. How about loyalty to your staffers, who worked late into the night for you? ****, how about human decency? The crazy thing is that some of you seem to think this is normal. :erm:
