Lol. How do those policies promote corruption?
You actually need me to spell out how BEE, AA, EE, NDR, RET, EWC and Cadre deployment cause corruption? Do you suffer from the ostrich syndrome with your head in the sand?
Do you ever debate without resorting to these lame tactics? Ever? You actually need me to spell out how BEE, AA, EE, NDR, RET, EWC and Cadre deployment cause corruption? Do you suffer from the ostrich syndrome with your head in the sand?
So there is no corruption in countries without BEE, AA, EE, NDR, RET, EWC?Unfortunately, Cosmik's comment is true. No good getting all huffy about it. If you think how a cadre has to manage when put into a job he has not the faintest idea of doing, then to hire an over-paid consultant is the only way. Trouble is, the same consultant might not be as pure as driven snow, and same cadre has no means of knowing
Political heads don't do day-to-day management really. Administration is largely in the hands of DG and below.Unfortunately, Cosmik's comment is true. No good getting all huffy about it. I was just pointing out they're not involved in day-to-day administration. Don't twist my words and make it look like I'm defending Mkhize. Are the political heads accountable under the Public Finance Management Act?
Why is nobody in jail yet?
believe it or not there are other policies that also encourage corruption. So there is no corruption in countries without BEE, AA, EE, NDR, RET, EWC?
Capitalism?believe it or not there are other policies that also encourage corruption.
57 out of 198 countries. Although corruption is defined differently in different countries. The lobbying system in the US, for example, could be considered corruption in many parts of the rest of the world, but is legal in the US so isn't countedWhat a spin. Where does SA stand on the world corruption index?

And out come the Whataboutism...like clockwork. So there is no corruption in countries without BEE, AA, EE, NDR, RET, EWC?
Your oldest "trick"....since you never actually say anything real, no one can ever "accuse" you of anything. You're going to have to prove denial from me.
It's not whataboutism - it's pointing out that corruption happens due to causes other than the one's listed. If BEE was the cause of corruption then you would expect there would be no corruption in places that don't have BEE. Since we know corruption exists in the absence of BEE we can logically deduce that BEE is not the cause of corruption. It's capitalism and human greed that is the cause of corruptionAnd out come the Whataboutism...like clockwork.
