soz for the stupid question but what exactly will be the highlights of the move to Digital for us the consumers? Will we get better quality signal?

How does this affect dstv subscribers? I mean if you dont use the normal tv aerial at all..
I'm assuming it has no affect, since the satellite signal is already digital

I get 13 services on 586MHz and 13 on 596MHz cant see them being to close tho.

DSTV is using DVB-S with MPEG2, I've heard that the terrestrial variation would be using DVB-T with MPEG-4
