I currently have a MTN contract that is on some 083... number which I don't really use as I just got it for the phone. I just finish the free minutes and then leave card in drawer somewhere. My main sim card is a prepaid 072 that I use for data.
Now I want to upgrade to the MTN Anytime 100 contract for the 5800XM but I want to use the 072 number. Can I upgrade now with the MTN number and then later port over the 072 number while the contract is running. Or do I have to port as soon as the contract is started?
