it seems like you have to pay $1.25 / min for and incoming call.
call charges seem quite expensive also. nice idea, but seems bit expensive.

Remember you could get something called easyRoam from Swisscom before that was the same idea but cheaper I think. Don't have time now to check but google it and see what comes up if you're looking for something similar.

I think it has a lot to do with the convenience of having one number you can carry around the world with you.

We might only be a few steps away from getting your own personal IP address for life.

One number does it all.

Sim4Travel, already out here, free to receive calls when roaming, and cost of calling the number from SA is about R 1.68 p/min...

Have you seen the international cell phone option ?

Seems the same as the sim, but you get the phone too.
