Mobile Connection not possible

Morning All

I have been having a problem lately with my 3G connection at home.
During the day I cant stay connected for more then 5min at a time and I get the message: "Mobile connection not possible". At night though the connection is 100% stable and fast. We live on a farm just outside Nelspruit and we have an booster antenna from Poynting. I have called vodacom and they said the problem is being sorted out... that was 3 weeks ago. Is there anything from my side, like software that I can check? I am running Win7 Ultimate.
