got my 2+2 modem today, but i keep getting RAS error code 635
 
Phone 082155. They say your contract is activated but it isn't. Waisted a whole day myself in figuring it out.
 
It usually takes up to 24 hours before all the services on your SIM are fully activated, especially data.

Many Sales Consultants tell customers that their SIM's will be activated within 1 to 6 hours, which is true. But what they forget is that all the services aren't activated at once.
 
still not working but i found a way around, instead of using the software to connect i go straight to the network adapter on the control panel and connect from there.

You may have had incorrect settings set in your Dashboard Software.
