Whatever, I dont see whats different to the ads they have on TV anyway about already, its just some new forms of content.
And they are just out to make a quick buck even if they dont deliver the service, like if you attempt to download a song and there is some fault, they still charge you. And they make it difficult to get out once subscribed, by not clearly giving unsubscribe info.

Premium Rated SMSes were always and it seems, will always be a sham.
The fact that the Service Providers, The Networks, The Aggregator etc. all takes their cut makes it ridiculous for any company to offer about 99% of all services that will add value for the everyday consumer.
Subscription is just a way to con the consumer. No CONSUMER wants subscription services, or at least they prefer to have the option of doing something once off.
THe networks should restructure premium rated SMS billing for anything really to work. But of course this being South Africa means by definition all network operators are evil. Screw the consumer.

Heh... this is sounding like the UK. Some kid subscribed to a premium rate sms service, then went overseas... and got hit with international roaming... ouch.

My company has been looking into MMS for our business for months now and we've come across a number of mobile business service company's. We eventually signed with Wayin because of there MMS services so i dont understand what Nashua are claiming! check it out here http://www.wayin.co.za
