Mobile.Me - riddled with errors

I signed up for the free trial of Mobile.me when I got the iPhone 3G. It worked great for about 2 weeks and then everything on MM just fell apart - unable to sync with my Macbook or iMac and now the latest is that I cannot view my contacts or calendars on the Mobile.me site - says there is an error.
Calendars have been a pain on the iMac and Macbook after about 4 days when the dreaded 'inconsistent data' error came up. I tried all the 'known' fixes but it refused to sync back to my MB or iMac.
It worked great with the iPhone until the contacts and calendars on MM 'disappeared'.
A great pity - I was prepared to sign up for a year for this service but alas - not with these errors.

The concept of MM is brilliant and I really used it while it lasted...

Ah well!!!!
 
ya. I had major issues during the launch... But since then it's been awesome... My laptop was stolen and when I got my replacement MobileMe populated the machine automatically. It was like hving my old machine back! Even things like my keychain were saved! I have had those issues when trying to sync a mac and pc (with exchange) with MobileMe

So what am I doing wrong there - what does the 'inconsistent data' error mean anyways??? Does not seem to be a proper fix for that - I have deregistered the Macs, re-synced from the Macs and from MM but it still comes up. I would really like to use MM as it has a great gallery feature as well that seamlessly integrates with the Macs and the iPhone.
 
mm has been useless for me so far, i have had more reliability out of YOU magazine.
The inconsistant data problem was fixed for me by completely trashing everything on the mobile me cloud, ie go to mobile me, remove everything. useful isnt it, then resync. IF ur lucky it will work for a few more weeks
 
A tarted up dot mac - did anyone really expect it to work? :p
 
bizarre... Mine works well. flawlessly in fact. Like i said, the only time i've seen that error is when syncing between a mac and a PC via MM?
 
I just canceled mine, not sure if the service is worth € 65.49 a year.

LOL - everything is back again this morning on MM - I still got 34 days to go - maybe I will give it another try...
