Mobile TV gets a boost

I thought you could already get TV via 3G on VLive?
 
ya, but not many people knew, so they kinda relaunched it, to make it sounds better
 
I think that this is multicast rather than video on demand, so it is a different system to Vlive.

Having never used either, it is just speculation on my part.
 
Vlive stearming is expensive, I hope this is cheaper
