mobileconnect.exe application error

hi guys new here, im havin trouble with my huawei e630 vodafone mobile connect software.
wheneva i double click to launch mobile connect i get an error message mobile connect.exe application error....the application failed to initialize(0xc000007b)
tried a reg clean & i still get the same error... even tried reloading the software...any suggestions it wil be highly appreciated...im using windows xp...

Try downloading the latest version from Vodacom's Website. Version 9.3.6.

tried loading it , it loads to a certain point & then rolls back the process...
